If you receive the Exception Error notification:
Please proceed as follows:
- Open the folder: SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\Warlander\warlander_mini_dump.dmp
(The dump file is created automatically when the error occurs) - The file cannot be attached to the ticket in this size. Please zip it first. You can do this by right clicking - send to - compressed (zipped) folder.
- Once the File has been compressed to a .zip file, please attach it to your new ticket or email if you already have an open ticket with us.
IMPORTANT: Please also attach the DxDiag and MsInfo file to the ticket.
