Please wait for about 5 minutes or try the following steps:
PC/Steam
1. Exit Warlander.
2. Delete the directory "Documents/My Games/Warlander/Steam/user_id/download."
3. Launch Warlander again.
Xbox
Try clearing your cache. Instructions are as follows:
The Xbox Series X has two options to clear cache and one for Xbox Series S.
◇Unplugging method
1.Turn off your Xbox Series X|S using the controller or the Power Off button on the console.
2.Unplug the power cable from the back of your Xbox Series X|S.
3.Wait at least two minutes.
4.Plug the cable back into your Xbox Series X|S.
5.Turn your Xbox Series X|S back on.
◇Software method (Series X only)
1.Press the glowing Xbox symbol in the middle of your controller.
2.Scroll to the right to Profile & System.
3.Select Settings with the A button.
4.Select Devices & Connections.
5.Select Blu-Ray.
6.Select Persistent Storage.
7.Select Clear Persistent Storage.
※Please note that this cache clearing cannot delete items individually, so there is a possibility that new icon settings and some option settings may also be removed. Thank you for your understanding.
